"The project went great. Our sales person (Brian Sheehe) helped us through the selection process in a thorough and efficient manner without pressuring us. The Choice installation team did a fantastic job removing the old windows and doors and installing the new ones. They were very professional and did an amazing job on housekeeping and controlling any dust. They also found and repaired some wood rot and water damage behind some siding which would have caused us problems in the future. The quality of the Okna windows and Therma Tru door excellent. We can already notice that the windows are much "tighter" than our old ones with no discernable leakage. We are extremely pleased and satisfied."

"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

I have other projects and thought this would be a good way to get to know Mel and the work I could expect. What I can say from what I learned is that Mel is very much a seasoned craftsman as demonstrated by his solid work and attention to detail. He is also timely, responsive, and trust worthy which are all things I look for in a contractor. I plan to use Mel for my next project and would highly recommend him to someone who is looking for these characteristics in a contractor.
