"Wow! What can't I say but a total positive experience from assessing what was wrong through the end of the installation. Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything to me. We got a full system install (insde and outside) with add ons of a humidifier, air scrubber, and an electronic air filter all for a great price! Trust me when I tell you that I did all the leg work for you. Our system was 25+ years old and I knew it was due for a total replacement. "The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."
