"The engineer Tai was very knowledgeable , quickly determining the heating and cooling system requirements and ordering them. Two days later, installers David and Diego arrived when they said they would, with everything they needed for the installation. A few hours later the work was completed, tested and the whole area cleaned up good as new. I would recommend SoCal for anyone who needs heating or cooling installation or service."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"The staff are friendly. The service tech arrived on time within a promised two-hours window. He was friendly and helpful. He explained to me in details what was wrong with my furnace and propose options for repair. Our furnace was more than 20 years old so we did not want to repair it. We decided to replace it. SoCal Climate Control was able to have a new furnace installed the next day. We are satisfied with their service. We would recommend them for HVAC services."

"The service was good, the value for the equipment and installation was good. I was impressed with the ease of the process from inspection to quote, to financing and installation was the bet I have experienced. I love our new heat pump unit, works great."

"They came out last June or July of 2012 and the service went fine. They did a good job. It ended up being a lot more expensive than $99 because we needed more windows done. I think the advertisement or the description was not very clear. They were very professional and provide all the materials to use."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"The company had good crew that worked hard in the heat of the attic.  they informed me of the number of ducts, vents, etc. and recommended complete replacement with attachment to existing blower.  I also completed insulation of missing areas in attic that added to the job.
I didn't do competative bidding because they were on site and ready to go.  I think they did a good job and all has functioned well but not sure I didn't pay "retail" for the project.  However, for a once every 20 year replacement, good clean up, in and out service I was OK with the charge and quality.
