"I was highly skeptical knowing of the bait-and-switch tactics of some low cost maintenance procedures including THIS duct cleaning service. The technician showed me the mildew in a couple ducts. After cleaning all 12 ducts, he explained and insisted on showing me the damage. I was previously an appliance salesperson and was trained on air conditioning so I understood the issue. He gave me the price for the mediation with no pressure or scare tactics. At that point, I decided to proceed. I knew the dangers of mildew and that it could spread if not stopped. I hate to spend money but know this was a necessary repair. I am recommending this company to my close friends and family who know that I rarely endorse or recommend repair people."

Then I asked Roger to look at the heat side of the central air system because it didn't seem to work. We recently bought the house and the old owner never hooked up the heat. Service tech traced the wires back all the way through the house and found the error and fixed it properly. They went above and beyond and could have probably charged us a lot more but they were honest and hard working. I would definitely refer them and send them to my own mothers house."
