"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Two technicians came to fix our gas fireplace that was not working and we were charged for two visits and parts and labor for what they thought was wrong. They decided that wasn't the issue and and never installed any new parts and said they would come back to look at it again. I never heard from them again. I've been calling every week for over a month now and still haven't been issued a refund for services we never got. In the meantime we've had another company look at the fireplace and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. They cost less than what we paid this company for doing nothing. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone, ever."
