"The repair went well. He was very efficient and overall he knew what he needed to do and he did it. We are very satisfied the service in all. He also helped us mount our thermostat on the wall. Just as a courtsey. But it was well appreciated."

"Eric came out and repaired the heat pump. Very efficient."

"Colley Refrigeration customer service is on point and I wouldn’t want anyone else. Their are on time and most importantly, they do what they say they are going to do."

"We had two water heaters replaced with a high capacity tankless water heater. From the start our sales representative was top notch answered all of our questions and was absolutely correct about all the specifications relative to our needs. The plumbers, electrician and venting specialist were prompt, absolutely professional very experienced and fast. The temperature in the attic was about 140à  à  à  à ° so very tough work but these guys were great. I canà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t think of one negative aspect to the entire process. Great work!"

"It went very well. I've used them in the past and we'll probably continue using services. They were professional and punctual. They kept customers informed and were willing to answer questions regarding heating and A/C. They were patient and took the time to answer my questions to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond because I asked them if it would be possible to install an access panel that same day and they came through. The heating and A/C inspection was $119 and it was over $400 for the door and installation. I believe their pricing was fair."

"We purchased a package deal on Angie's List. They came out to evaluate if the package was suitable. They actually tried to trouble shoot and repair our current system (it was running but not cooling), even though we had already paid for a complete replacement SEER system. Well it turns out we bought the wrong package (incorrect tonnage). They said they would install the appropriate unit and told us the difference in cost. While $5k seems like a lot, we did our homework and the prices were very fair for what we needed.  A 4-ton SEER system with associated parts and labor was quoted by another company to us at 7k.
My husband's an engineer, so he had spent a couple of weeks learning everything he could about HVAC systems before talking to Tharling.  They knew their stuff, didn't try to to upsell us, and honored their time commitment to get us a new HVAC system installed.
This was the third company we dealt with for this issue and we are very happy.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I had my air conditioning serviced for annual checkup and additional Freon was added during the service. My air conditioner has been efficiently working."

"Completely satisfied. The service man came promptly and was very kind, considerate and honest about the repairs. I plan to have them back routinely for periodic checkups. I highly recommend."

"I Scheduled Alfred  to come out to do the annual preventive maintenance. on saturday, due to time constraints on my part,  we agreed that he would come out the next day sunday (- normally doesn't work on sundays).  That night the AC wnt out .  Alfred came and Cleaned, drained, and tested AC unit.  He was able to replace the Compressor Start Assembly and the Dual Run Capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, and even repaired duct transition in attic.  Alfred explained the warranty on the parts replaced and offered a credit if compressor fails and I have to replace the whole unit within time limit.  He always explains thing to me and gives me a choice to repair or replace. He never tries to "sell" me something, just tries to keep the system operating efficiently.  I know it will need to be replaced someday, and I would only have him do it.  He is always professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with.
