"I had an unusual request for A.N.D. I wanted an old garage door put on a new track and a new garage door on and old track. After they left, the new door on the old track was not working correctly. They came back quickly to adjust the old track so that the door ran correctly. They were very professional in returning to correct the problem which may have been caused by the old track."

"experience was awesome however the door we wanted they didn't offer"

"The work that was provided was just adequate, unusual way to work since the man needed to use the bathroom. the garage door was working well after the service, it was not a great experience, this was just a tune up, so the work was just adequate to make the garage door work properly."

"LEN'S CREW HAD TO REPAIR A VERY BADLY BOTCHED PAINT JOB. EXCELLENT, PROMPT WORK, EXACTLY ON ESTIMATE FOR COST AND TIME. EXCELLENT CLEANUP. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE LEN AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM."

"There were some communication issues because of his secretary leaving abruptly and his voicemail being full. However, Ryan called me when the new storm door came in and we set up a date for the work to be done. Ryan worked very quickly and he kept everything very clean. (My wife loves a contractor who brings his own vacuum.) He did a first rate job. He even came back after the silicone sealant dried and washed the windows. Ryan is a nice guy, a hard worker and does very good work. I would definitely use him again."

"We elected to go with an alternate provider for the repair job vs. full roof.

"Got what I paid for, and paid what I was quoted. Will use again, as he is a repairman."

"Everything went well, and I had a good experience.  The scheduling was easy, and they sent someone out the next day which I appreciated since the weather had gotten bad.  Furthermore, the technician arrived on time and did a good job with the repairs."

"John and his crew did an excellent job replacing our aging deck and adding a beautiful screen porch adjoining our new Azek deck. Extremely easy to work with, very knowledgable, reasonable pricing, and excellent quality. It took then no time to demolish our old deck, add new framing for the deck and screen porch, and finish the new Azek deck and screen porch. We were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Kirch Improvements, LLC!"
