"They broke out countertop, which was fine, they said they would fix it, it took 2 months to get it fixed and then they didn't put our sink together correctly and water was leaking underneath the sink into the cabinet. We decided we didn't want to continue services with them for a number of reasons, but apparently you have to continue with them for a year (which they never said, but it is in the contract we signed) they were unwilling to work with us on that, and therefore we paid off the rest of the year of service and asked them to not come back again. They only care about making money they don't' much care for the actual costumers. We have found a locally and family owned company to go with instead."

Fearing the worst case scenario, I called Corbitt the next morning and spoke with Linda with the answering service. She was very kind and helpful, but told me that they were booked solid for that day and would not be able to come till the next day, which was Saturday. She called back a couple of hours later and said that one of the technicians would be there in a few hours and would call before they came. Heath called us later and was there when he said he would be. Within 10 minutes, Heath had diagnosed and fixed the problem, which made for a very cool, comfortable Friday evening and weekend. It was 90 + degrees that whole week can't beat a two day turnaround. Replaced with a Carrier unit 2/12 ton 15 seer, air handler and new thermostat. The install team was top notch very professional, when they were done all trash and old A/C removed."
