"The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none.  The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job.  She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK.  She was happy with the work they did for her.  I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things.

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

Travis showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and was friendly and professional. I outlined the list of work items, which included everything listed above as well as running speaker cables in the walls for 4 surround sound speakers and fixing a leaky sliding door. Travis had me explain all of the jobs, as well as telling him what the priority was in which I'd like them done.
The speaker wire job was going to be a tricky one, I suspected, since it involved running cables from the first floor up to the attic, across the attic, and then back down to the first floor. Travis stated that it may not be possible for him to do, but that he would take a look and see, since this was one of the higher priority items on the list. Unfortunately, he discovered that drilling would be required between the attic and the second floor in order to drop the cables back down through the wall. He was up front and honest that he didn't have experience doing that kind of work, and after calling his boss and explaining the job to him, they recommended that I get an electrician or a home theater expert to do that job.
Even with that off the list, Travis wasn't sure if he'd be able to do all of the items on the list. In particular, the leaky sliding door could be time consuming, since to do it properly would require him to do a "water test" of the few different trouble spots that he found during his examination of the door. Ideally he would want to test them each to determine where the actual problem was, and then do the repairs.
Ultimately, after 8 hours, he was able to do all of the jobs except for the leaky door and the surround cables. For the jobs that were performed, I am extremely satisfied with his work. He was friendly and professional for the entire day, and he did a good job communicating with me as needed about the requirements of each job. He cleaned up after himself in his work areas.
I shopped around before deciding on TD Services for this work. There were other places which offered cheaper rates, but the consistently high reviews are what made me go with TD Services. I figure it's senseless paying less for a job if that means you won't get the same guarantee of quality. Because of this, I've already scheduled for Travis to come back next week and take a few hours to work on the leaky door.

"We had on-going issues with several doors in our home. Rubbing to the point of not being able to close, excessive air gaps in exterior doors, latches not operating correctly, that sort of thing. We made quite the list and felt we were unlikely to get everything done in the allocated 3 hours. We were quite pleasantly surprised when the list was completed in only half the time!

"Chris Duncanson gutted the kitchen, removing the wallpaper, existing appliances, cabinets and countertops. He then built custom cabinets and remodeled the kitchen according to the specifications of a friend of the family who is a retired architect. Chris prepped and painted the walls, installed the new cabinets, lighting, plumbing, and appliances. We purchased our major appliances from Expressions Home Gallery. All of the new appliances are KitchenAid. Our Silestone countertops were cut and installed by Alpha Granite. Other miscellaneous materials, such as the faucet and InSinkErator garbage disposal were purchased through Amazon or Lowe’s. Chris and his helpers did beautiful work. He made minor changes in the project that we requested during the remodel without complaint. And they cleaned up the mess. Chris and his helpers were a pleasure to work with. Even our dog liked them, and he doesn’t want anyone to be in his house without his permission. We highly recommend Chris for his outstanding work remodeling our kitchen. We were also very pleased with Alpha Granite and Expressions Home Gallery. And to our friend and retired architect, Clif S., who designed our kitchen, and accompanied my wife to view and select the appliances and countertops, thank you. The total cost of the project was approximately $55,000 which included $19,500 for materials and appliances."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I am very pleased with this service.  Dave was great to work with and his crew are all competent and pleasant to work with.  I initially wanted a vanity installed and some toilets installed.  The vanity was an issue because the walls were warped and getting it in to fit was a challenge.  They did a great job of fitting it in without damaging the cabinet and prepping all the cut-off valves for the new plumbing to be installed later.  They removed two old toilets and installed two new hi-rise, low-flow toilets and they are great: no leaks and firmly seated.  They also replaced two old track light systems with two new, contemporary LED fixtures.  They repaired and replaced drywall, hauled away the old toilets, debris, etc. and cleaned the work site very thoroughly.
I am very pleased with the interactions with Dave and his crew and the pricing and quality of their work.  I am planning future work and intend to have them do it for me once the new materials and cabinets arrive.  My dogs liked them all, as well, so that is a big bonus."

We met Jason and M. J. at  Signature Home Improvement's office to discuss further our questions and options.  On a guided tour of their facility and operation site, we were introduced to their staff.  Everyone was friendly, polite, and answered any question we had.  They also had smiles on their faces even when not speaking with us.  It was a congenial atmosphere.  We liked what we saw and what we experienced.  Jason and M. J. offered suggestions and options for the best way to approach our job.   We evaluated our options, made the necessary decisions, and signed a contract that day. 

From that day forward, SHI kept us fully informed of scheduling.  Emily Domasch was our main contact person.  Rather than restaining our cabinets, we chose to have them painted in an off-white with cabinet door and drawer front details highlighted by glazing.  Emily was an enormous help in matching the new paint color to the existing painted finishes in the adjoining open dining room.  She was able to get a duplicate match to the Sherwin-Williams color used in 1997.  Excellent work, Emily.  Due to unavoidable delays from a prior job, our cabinet refinishing job was delayed and had to be rescheduled for 2 1/2 weeks later. Remodel work of any type seems to always have some surprises. During this time, we were kept up-to-date with reports.  Once the painting began, the project moved along on the anticipated work schedule.  All the workers in our home were professional, competent, friendly, courteous, sought our input as needed, cleaned up daily.  Adam, Venturo, Getzael, Amador, Little Carlos, Big Carlos, and all the others are skilled workers who are good at their work and enjoy their job. Phone calls from Heather and Savannah kept us posted daily on what was happening next and who to expect at our home.  If any issue arose, Signature was quick to address and resolve it.  They truly wish to have happy customers; their actions spoke clearly to this fact. 
A couple of weeks after the contract was signed, Emily came to our home with the door samples.  At that time, we learned that
M. J. and Emily Domasch were the new owners of Signature Home Improvement Inc.  We were one of their first customers, and our job was in the midst of some "owner-transition pains".  Emily and M. J. were committed to making everything right, took responsibility for a mistake in communication, and resolved the issue calmly and gracefully to our complete satisfaction.  We can't say enough great things about Emily.  She became our friend and advocate and is an integral part of our delight with their company.  They are awesome owners who will make a great company even better.  We saw evidence of this throughout the process of our job and the walk-through on its completion (Emily performed the final inspection to assure herself that it was all done to her high standards).  One cannot ask for more commitment to please customers than that.
Our refinished kitchen cabinets met all our expectations.  Signature even did some extra little work things so all our cabinets would look new without adding a charge.  Unexpected actions like that also speak loudly to the character of this company's owners.  We were so lucky to find this company, and we saved ourselves from a job we could not have possibly done correctly.  What a waste of time, labor, and money that would have been!  Signature delivered on the quality work at a fair and reasonable price they promised.  They take can pride in that, rightfully so.  We are happy, satisfied customers who would absolutely use them for any future remodel work.  We can say wholeheartedly that everyone should consider them for their contractor on home remodeling.  Our thanks to Emily and M.
