"I just had two windows by Tommy’s Windows. It went very smooth from the estimate to installation. Meeting with Tommy to get the estimate went very well he was on time. In our discussion I felt very comfortable with him. This made the recession to choose Tommy’s an easy one. His rating did not hurt either. David was my installer he was on time worked hard to install my windows. After installing the windows he cleaned up any mess that he made. It was almost like with the exception of having a new window I would have never know he had been there. Overall my experience with Tommy’s Windows was very positive. They were one time, professional, did excellent work and were reasonably priced. If the need in the future arises for windows or doors Tommy’s will be my first call not my last like this time."

"Ken is a professional. He arrived on time for the estimate and began the work when he said he would. He power washed my house and sidewalk - which made it look wonderful!. The rotting wood on my shop turned into severe rot from wood ants. So the job expanded to replacing several 2X4 and the entire exterior. Ken repaired it all, rebuilt my exterior doors to the shop and the painting is excellent. On my home, there were spots that needed repair and Ken did that. I am very pleased with his work. "Ron Bunton, the owner handled the job on a professional basis.  He tried to cover every detail necessary to complete the job. He frequently consulted with my wife and I over how we wanted certain tasks handled. It is important that the customer know what they want.  Don't expect Capstone to due design work although their suggestions can be very helpful. The job was challenging and sometimes I the customer wasn't prepared with some of the material that I needed to decided on and purchased. When dealing with Capstone, I think it is important to write down and adhere to a schedule of choosing and purchasing those materials that the customer is responsible for.  In our case all fixtures, tile, wood flooring, windows and some doors were to be customer provided. Lack of having them when needed can lead to delays. That being said there weren't very many delays in the doing of this job.

Overall Capstone did an excellent job and a year later we are very happy with the result"
