"Shayne and Bruce provided excellent service throughout this process.  The old window and the sill below it had rotted so badly that the old window could not be opened and closed.  We were on a deadline to get the job finished so that we could close on the sale of our house.  A new window of better quality was recommended.  It was properly measured, and additional drainage for the new window was suggested.  This window was an outside basement window in a well below ground level, susceptible to rain and snow accumulation.  Keeping it drained would be important to prolong the life of the new window.  The new window was installed properly during one service call.  This included custom-fit sheet metal covering for the outside trim.  The finished job looks fantastic.  The window operates perfectly.  The installer cleaned up the worksite and returned garden tools, a wheelbarrow and tarp that I lent him.  Everything was done right the first time.  I highly recommend Cronkite Home Solutions."

"The estimator had to reschedule once and was then late to the rescheduled appointment. It was during a high-need time in our area, so that may have been an anomaly. He took a look and gave my husband advice on repairing it himself because it wouldn't meet the minimum of $350.00 for the company to come out. We're thinking about having the chimney stack taken down and the roof patched/repaired, so we'll call them back then to replace some shingles and patch that part of the roof. <br />"

He was very thorough. This was a big project and the install team was very professional. They arrived as scheduled every day. They cleaned up every day. The install team took special care to protect the windows and landscaping. The on-site manager was communicating with me throughout the day regarding the progress. Left over material was picked up promptly at the end of the project. I would use Erie again on a future project."
