"Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. I HIGHLY recommend you call him and have him come give you an estimate if you need service, repair or replacement.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Doug, the owner, came out to do my work yesterday. He was informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and precise in his work. He took a few minutes to read any directions to make sure that the job was completed quickly and correctly. I am already planning other tasks for them to complete when I hire them again. They are busy because they do good work, so call them with the intention of planning a week or so out. I highly recommend them; great experience.

"I was told a few months ago by a technician who works for one of the larger Heating/AC companies that my furnace was essentially totaled and needed to be replaced, as the unit would turn itself on or off, seemingly at random (it was not short cycling, it was something else entirely). I decided to get a second opinion from David at Complete Image. Boy am I glad I did! For the cost of a service call and hour of labor, he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. It was a solution that I'm shocked the prior technician didn't mention (perhaps because he was trying to sell a new unit for $3,000+). "For $39 you don't get very much. First, the receptionist seemed perturbed when I called to get an ETA for the tech. Upon arrival, the (grumpy) tech spent about a half hour. In the past when I paid other HVAC businesses $80+ they were on site an hour or more and seemed more thorough. The tech said nothing about my system or the service, but did leave a list services performed. Tech did not cover his shoes. Also, the tech did not say hello, goodbye or thank you. I think it's worth paying more for established service providers with a proven track record."
