"We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. Matt also met the guys at my house the day of service, and showed them around, which I really appreciated since I didnt know them. Eric and Lee were professional, expedient and did quality work. Clay put our AC/heating system in many years ago when he was first starting out his business. Although I was a little hesitant, my Husband wanted to give him a chance. "Loved the presentation but the Sales person Rich, however they NEVER checked the AC unit to see if it were repairable. He never identified the problem but only wanted to sell us a NEW AC unit. We didnt tell him anything as we wanted to see what he found with our unit. My husband is in construction so we knew what was wrong. There price for the same thing as another company was for a much inferior AC unit with only a 5 year warranty. Fast on the appointment but poor on the service and explanations."

"The owner George and the technician John was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. George contacted me right away once I contacted him through home advisor. This was a Saturday evening with no heat in the home. He kept calling me checking in with me. By Monday I had heat. I need a whole new system and it's working better than the old one. He also installed a new thermostat. I appreciate their help and service and I will definitely refer them to others and use them again. They also have an excellent warranty package."
