"Things went great. I called to check out about getting them to come out to replace my outdoor faucet and they told me they could come out the same day. I wasn't expecting that but it was great. They came out, took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. I already had an idea because my father had taken a look but it was more than he wanted to get into. So, the gentleman explained what he would need to do and also asked if I wanted to have a secondary part of it fixed (no shut-off valve, which should be installed for an external faucet) of which I said yes because I had already wanted to have that done. They were done within about an hour max. From the time I called to them coming out it was no more than 2-3 hours. Super friendly and professional. I was so impressed I came on here to write a review."

"I purchased the "$49 for a Seasonal Heating OR A/C Tune-Up!" from A C & H Services thinking my heating system is 5 years old and something may be about to go wrong. Spoke with Scott over the phone, who said he was scheduling 1 week out. Scheduled a service date for 2/4/14. Unfortunately, our heating system stopped working while I was at work the next day. My wife had her coworker's husband (an HVAC guy) come out and repair the unit immediately. I no longer needed Scott from A C & H Services. He was courteous over the phone, very easy to contact. However, he never performed any services, so I do not know how good he is."

"It turns out my central AC unit must be replaced. (I'm not surprised - it is 20 years old!) I was not prepared to set up the replacement that day, but Henry and the other tech were very professional and pleasant, and thoroughly explained the issue with my AC. They quoted a lower price to replace the whole unit than I actually expected it to be. When I'm ready to have it done, I plan to have them do the work."

The amount he charged me for the work done and considering the time spent traveling to my house, doing the work and answering my questions and giving me advice was very reasonable.

"I did not have the work done. I rated C because the staffer seemed to know what he was talking about. When quoted a higher price, around $400.00, versus what I had planned, I deferred. The higher price included a "deep cleaning" extending beyond the ducts. I felt unprepared and pressured."
