"I had not previously dealt with All Phases Mechanical we were in the dregs of a awful heat wave when the AC went down..miserable. I had spent much money with The company that I used for 20 years they told me they would not be out for 4 days on a Saturday & because it was a Saturday would charge me a $500 premium or I could with until the middle of the following week. At 9:00 AM the same day I called Carl at All Phases Mechanical he sharpened his pencil gave me an estimate ,, sourced my replacement condenser... his very qualified experienced lead man Henry was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. My AC system was up and running the same day by 4:00 PM Exceptional response and installatio . All Phases is my new company I highly recommend them"

"They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I had no heat in the house. After plumber told me there’s electrical problem, I called a few electricians only to be told they could come ten days or two weeks out. Temps are dropping to low 40s and 30s. Desperately I gave Biondich Electric a call and spoke to Mat. As soon as he heard no heat, he rescheduled his other appointments and came to help me in the same afternoon. He was very thorough and thoughtful, even took extra time to explain everything to a novice like me. He got the heat back on in a few hours after rerouting wires and Installing things for extra safety. He even came by once again the next morning to help me diagnose one other plumbing issue. Mat is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. His rate is reasonable. "Bob Bourque discussed our heating options and also asked us if we had CO2 detectors in our house in case the furnace got worst. I received the written proposal within a couple of days. It was so refreshing dealing with Bourque after dealing with six different HVAC contractors which I received several bids ranging from $3,800 to $14,000. I did hire Bourque to install our new gas furnace and a humidifier, their price was fair and after doing my homework Bourque had good references and are very reputable in our town. I was very impressed with all the staff that was very professional and courtesy. They did such a nice job at my home I highly recommended Bourque for my mother's home which they will be installing a new gas furnace and new air conditioning system within the next few weeks. My advice to anyone needing a heating or cooling system do your homework, Be sure get at least three (3) bids with detailed written proposals and check references from the contactor's current customers. Also go online to check for reviews or complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Anglies lists and even Google the Contractors name and address, you will be surprised with what information you will find.
