"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"The service was fantastic. These guys are the best. They were very thorough and gave good suggestions on how to improve the efficiency. They sealed things up and caulked and put in weather stripping. This particular crew has an inspector that checks the work. The inspector said I really enjoy checking this companies work as he said they are very efficient and they do great work. They were very nice and knowledgeable to work with. This was part of a program in Connecticut where they will replace up to 40 light bulbs with compact florescent bulbs. They will change out light fixtures with LED lights and the cost was far better than I could have gotten myself. They run a test before the work is started and then they do a test afterwards to show how much more efficient your home is. They give a report showing how efficient your home is and making other suggestions. They also give you discounts on making your home more efficient within a certain amount of time from the report."

From the very start William listened very carefully to what we were looking for and made a couple of great suggestions which included enlarging the bathroom by taking over dead space in the hallway. This was a wonderful idea because it added space for a wheelchair to maneuver in and worked out beautifully. Throughout the project William checked in to be sure we knew what was happening, what was going to happen next and to see if there were questions or concerns.
