"I’ve been a loyal Snell customer for years, but this recent experience was deeply disappointing. After our AC failed in August, Snell diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil. We chose to replace the system through them, and the salesperson took time to evaluate the setup in advance. However, on installation day, the crew arrived without the correct ductwork and had to make adjustments on the fly. Unfortunately, the adjustments were poorly executed: • The Aprilaire humidifier was mounted on sloped ductwork rather than a level surface, contrary to manufacturer specifications. • The hole for the humidifier was cut inaccurately. • The drain line was left kinked in multiple places. Aprilaire support later confirmed the humidifier was not installed correctly and warned this could lead to water backing up into the system — a concern I had raised with the installers before they left. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I received no meaningful response. I was told my concerns would be escalated, but no one followed through. This was a major investment, and I now feel I need to bring in another HVAC team to correct issues that should have been resolved from the start. I’ve recommended Snell in the past, but I can’t in good faith do so now after this experience."

"My AC failed and I had limited time to find a good solution, I made a phone call to Relax HVAC based on the online reviews and it was a great decision. Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. Moreover, the provided price was very reasonable.I can't be more happy with the outcome and highly recommend Relax HVAC"

Every other company was quoting me $7k+ to replace the system but it turns out to be a leak in the line set between the 3rd floor and the roof! We had a new line set installed and I spent $2550 in total! The crew was very professional and worked extremely had in the hottest weather to get the job done, too!"

"Fast service! They came within an hour of my call. Spent over 2 hours diagnosing the problem. Spoke with Trane to confirm his findings. Then came back 3 days later with the faulty circuit board which was covered under warranty. Price was less than I expected and the gave a discount because I am a veteran. "This company truly is something else, I have yet to encounter a plumbing and HVAC company that is as bad as this one. Never had anyone send over clearly inexperienced technicians, or work so hard to over-sell what the issues are, then not only does not deliver, but destroys the existing functional water heater that had no issues. Furthermore, after the fact, then avoid phone calls and emails by "forwarding to their voicemail receptionist" when you try to remedy their mistake. Terrible experience would be an understatement of this company's service. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!. It started with us calling them to do routine water heater maintenance on a 3 year old brand new house. Their Tech name Samuel, not only did  not do the maintenance on the water heater, but sold us on some BS about needing to replace our sump pump and install a water filter for 5k instead, and also buy a HVAC service package. We trusted him because his boss made it sound like you have to do this, and little did we know"

"I have been a customer for a very long time and this scheduled maintenance and dryer vent cleaning was done by Cesar. I have to say he is one very thorough technician and I was very pleased with his inspection and vent cleaning. His service was so different than some of the ones I've had before. I even had one inspector tell me he didn't need to check in my attic which houses one of our two units. Let me tell you about Cesar, he even cleaned up behind my dryer for me. This is something that is rare in customer service. I have my HVAC seasonally maintenanced and never had a inspector be as thorough as him. The pictures he took and explained to me and the one problem he found that no other inspector had found in all this time. I tried to spare him from the attic heat for the repair and have him return on another day in the morning but he didn't mind going back in there to fix the problem for us although it was in the dead heat of the day. I just hope the company sees this review and knows what a good technician they have in Cesar."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."
