Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Chantilly, VA

"The crew did a great job. The project manager Isaac was very responsive and professional. I am very please with the entire process and highly recommend."

"A very timely, courteous, efficient and very professional firm. Would highly recommend them."

"Came up, took a look, told me I DIDN'T need a replacement, just some repairs, qouted me his price, we shook hands (Found out he was a fellow cigar smoker so I passed him a couple), he left, sent me the same estimate over email, I agreed, his men showed up and in less than an hour they had the repairs done. Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed. Sadly, in 2026, that work ethic and honesty are becoming rarer every year. Definitely would recommend! 👍👍👍👍👌👌"

"I could not be any happier with the overall results. From the attentiveness to the crew responsiveness and fair price. I did a full house roof replacement, shed was reroofed down to the studs and plan to have them replace my full house gutter system to an improved size. The roofing crew was fantastic too! All around good customer service and customer facing."

"Timely and efficient communications. Tom was very professional and was able to do the work within 3 days. We even added an additional downspout to the job order."

"Hired presidential exteriors to do trim and gutters replacement. The workers were prompt and punctual and my team lead by Vic and Al were superb. highly recommend this company"

"Company did me right. Somehow oil stains got on the driveway but the team came back twice to make sure it was cleaned up."

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. He was very good at keeping me informed of the process."

"Great communication before, during, and after the work was completed. Explained the issues with our previous siding (builder-installed) and how Home Genius would mitigate to prevent a repeat situation. Excellent craftsmanship in the work itself. Would definitely hire again for another project. Would"
