"Weather Busters send a crew of three early this morning.  They kept busy removing all piping etc. of the oil unit and then installing a natural gas boiler.   They reinstalled all the associated piping and wiring.   When they were done they took the time (even though it was getting late) to check to make sure everything was working properly and explained the functions of different parts installed.  They left the booklets and all the information with me. I received a fantastic job again through Angie's List.  I recommend them to anybody installing a heating unit.   When finished, and without stopping for an evening meal, they cleaned up the work area very well.  I am overly pleased of the great job they did.  I joked with them by saying they will be paid with pennies.  But they are worth every cent I paid.  Thanks again The Weather Busters.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. "I live in a condo/townhome complex, and after much 'discussion' with the Complex Management about a problem, I decided to have it done on my own, so I could either determine the problem or rule out a possible cause of the problem. To do that, needed one of the outside drainpipe/downspouts scoped out to see where the water was actually draining to. I've been having problems with dampness on the walls in my (now torn apart) lower level, and I needed to see if there was a break in any of the seams of the PVC pipe the water drained into that was near that area of my foundation.
Originally, my appointment was scheduled for the May 8th (2013), but Lisa (office mgr) called to ask if I would mind postponing
since they were in the midst of an emergency job, and needed everyone on-site there. Since my appointment was NOT an emergency, I didn't mind the postponement. We re-scheduled for 2 days later (10th). Paul showed up on time, and after showing him the situation, he got right to work.
He brought out his scoping tool and after disassembling the downspout at the PVC opening, he sent the scope/camera thru the PVC drain without any blockages or cracks. I was able to watch on the monitor as the camera was sliding thru the pipe. After he was finished, and we both were convinced the drain was NOT the problem, he was kind enough to suggest/recommend another venue to explore for correcting the problem, and he documented it on my paperwork for the association management to see.
And because everything went so quickly and easily (he was here for a total of about 15 minutes!), Paul discounted
the original quote of $350 to $250 + tax. Made me VERY happy! Thanks, Paul!
