"Customer since 2016. Technicians are great. Typically my experience has been 5 stars as I love(d) the responsiveness and that they send you a photo of the person showing up. Today, totally different story. I had a genuine concern and the woman on the phone for Service/Customer Support was incredibly combative. She refused to slow down and hear me out when I was actually saying the same thing she was. She really didn't care about the direction the call was taking and it was obvious she was standing firm on a useless argument. I'm no huge customer, but I am/was supporting a local business since 2016; today's encounter not only makes me hesitant to ever use them again, but moreso hesitant to endorse to neighbors and friends. Then again, it's Monday; maybe she's just having a bad day."

"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!"

"I had used Rob before for a few things in the house I wasn't able to perform myself. I had come home and heard the water alarm and found my sump pump dead and water beginning to overflow into the basement. I called Rob and he made it over and repaired the pump. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of the service and will continue to hire him for any services needed."

The furnace installation price included a 3 year service contract for my 2 ac units and 2 furnaces.  I have had 3 maintainance  services so far which were ok.  Now they seem to have gone out of business for the last 4 months.  I am still due 3 more included  maintainance  service calls.   Are they coming back in business or am I out the money and hire someone else?"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"everything went with just a few bumps but resolved expertly. Only a day old but I'm sure it will provide many good years of service and MR Braido and company will be there to assist if problems do arise They do give Two year warranty on labor which helps.Had used Angie's list and I believe I had chosen the right contractor.A new heat rated at 18seer and new furnace to match for the best efficiency.

"The phone was answered promptly.  The Operations Manager Coary answered all of my questions patiently and fully.  Scheduling was swift.  They gave me a roughly 3 hour window for the technicians arrival and Coary called me 1/2 hr before to let me know they were on their way.  The technicians Ray and Ray were extremely professional.  They answered my questions expertly.  They took measurements to determine whether some of my units were underpowered (which I was fairly certain was the case).  They gave a cursory check to my electrics to see if I could easily rewire for more powerful units (I could).  They took my existing units away for cleaning.  The units were cleaned and serviced quickly, and were ready to be reinstalled, but it was apparent that two of the units were underpowered (and 1 was overpowered).  Coary and I agreed for me to purchase 2 new larger units and shuffle the remaining units around for better cooling.  As I now owned 7 units currently on their premises, and only needed 5, there was a little back and forth about what to do, and price revisions, etc.  I initially disagreed with Coary's proposition, and had a very strong opinion of my own.  Coary and I negotiated a fair settlement.  He was patient, professional and accommodating at all times.  They came and reinstalled 5 a/c units, again punctually and professionally.  I also arranged to have them clean my dryer vent.  Coary also put me in touch with an excellent electrician who came and changed my wiring while the a/c's were in the shop so I could use the higher BTU units.
My initial call was placed on a Friday, by the following Monday we had the Certificate of Liability, and the technicians were in and removing the units.  They were reinstalled the following Friday, and it could have been sooner, but we needed time for the electrician to do his work.  I feel that this turnaround could not have been faster.
