Wes arrived for a same day estimate on a rainy day.  Arrived the next day to do the work.
This included deck platform repair that had a whole punched in it from a fallen tree.  I also had overhead storage racks to be installed in a garage.  He and his assistant both too great care in the installation and explaining additional options if I need more storage.
Very professional at a very reasonable price.  I will definitely use him again!

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible.
