"The house had water penetration and the inspector wasn’t sure how or where. Perma-Seal was contacted to professionally figure it out. The Perma-Seal inspector Robert Barshefski came in and explained to the buyers exactly what was the cause of the issue. It was water penetrating from the sliding door. It is a simple fix of just caulking the sliding door. There was no upsell or expensive remedy that was not needed. Highly recommend Robert, he has vast experience and really knows his business. He also tested and showed the buyer that a sump pump is working that the home inspector thought was not working."

"Gardner Heritage Group did an amazing job on my energy efficiency project of my home. I would definitely recommend them."

"This company does my semi-annual heating and air conditioning maintenance. Very reliable. Always friendly and professional."

"The work was done well and they cleaned up behind themselves, removing all garbage associated with the project. I expected that I would need to be responsible for the disposal, however they packed everything up and took it with. This young man is on the rise. I will hire him in the future as well as recommend him to everyone I know in need of electrical services."

"Excellent. Fast, courteous, showed up on time, did a thorough walkthrough of the space, identified the problem and documented with pictures so I could see the issue. As it turns out the problem is external to the HVAC and will need another contractor, but Tom was clear about my options and recommended an insulation approach that would result in less work for him but less expense for me. We discussed backup plans and pricing and I am very confident that if I need a full vent replacement (last resort) that I will call this firm to do it. Expert, honest, friendly, and fairly priced. Hire these guys."

"Marco from R & G did an excellent job replacing the water heater at my rental property. I have called him many times for a variety of services at different locations. He is very professional, and I recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC services."

"The removal and install went as planned, with the 10" of foam completely changing the energy efficiency of my 100 year old house. Unfortunately, there was damage to one of the ceilings as a result of the staff in the attic, but the Eco Tec repaired the damage the next business day. Not only did Eco Tec provide and outstanding value, I was very impressed how it immediately resolved the minor repair and followed up to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. Special thanks to Stacy in the office and Josh, one of the company owners."
