"When my old air conditioner started failing, I knew it was going to be a larger project since it was using a discontinued refrigerant. Since the furnace was roughly the same age, getting everything replaced made the most sense to avoid the likelihood of having to redo a bunch of work in a couple of years. I felt comfortable throughout the process of assessment through installation, with any questions I had being expertly and timely handled."
