"The water testing technician was an excellent "explainer" as he researched what problems the water had to have addressed. The installer was also excellent and efficient. In fact, the Only down-side of this experience was the price."

"I only give overall 5 stars for perfect experiences. Ben and his crew were close. The install crew drained water, during the disconnect of the old system, onto the floor in the work area. Even though the water drained into sump pump a couple of feet away, the floor was still wet after the crew left. They also haven't provided the 4 bags of salt included on the estimate. Other than that, the install crew was very good, informative, and quick. Ben was very good on the first call, a service call of my old leaky system, and gave me information that helped me decide on a new, less expensive, system over repairing the old system or buying an expensive system. Professional, flexible and quick. A good company that I would use again. Thank you."

"Ben and Mobile Water Systems were one of a couple of companies I was referred to. While one of their competitors immediately jumped to selling us an overpriced unit without trying to fix our current system, Ben immediately notified us of an issue with what we already had. He did everything possible to try to save that unit and didn't charge us for the time to do so. We really felt like that said a lot about his character as well as that of the company. Ultimately we decided to replace our softener with the much better system they had at a competitive price. They also were very efficient and timely with the install. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use their services again. Honesty and integrity go a long way and I can't say enough good things about their character above all."

"Don,t count on CHW for emergency repairs; water heater problem...3 days before anyone could come out...contacted my own service... no reimbursement from CHW. Otherwise wait time is usually 3 to 7 days for assessment then more time for actual work. The repair services have done exceptional work. One service was rescheduled 3 times by company for assessment only.. took another 2 weeks for parts and repair. Another company made instant assessment and repair. Usually $65 for service fee. AC system was replaced with a known brand, but I still had out of pocket expenses of which I was notified ($650). Lousy call center outside US...scripted. Very frustrating trying to explain issues and understanding replies. Companies hired by CHW did exceptional work. No complaints other than scheduling. Will investigate other companies when contract expires."
