"I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."

The guy went around with a thermal camera and checked various spaces and recommended some stuff that I could do myself or hire an inexpensive contractor to do. Very happy that I didn't need to spend thousands of dollars!"

"It was a pleasure working with NP Energy. They followed up, as promised, for the “Estimate Appointment” and they worked with me to do an “interior” Attic insulation (using “Blown In” method) as opposed to “roof top.” They “assisted” in finding the interior path to the attic to make sure the job could be completed properly. The day of insulation they arrived “timely” as projected and immediately set-up and completed the job promptly. They provided “additional” insulation around my attic door to make sure the attic was secure. The last step involved another “internal” distribution of insulation in the back ceiling to make sure the back of the house was properly filled (360 “Blown In” method). Both gentlemen involved in my job were courteous, polite and protective of my property. They cleaned up after they completed the job. There was a 2nd location (under the front bedroom via the porch) where I had requested additional insulation, but they “investigated” and advised there was some Bolsom Batt there that was providing some protection. The last action they took was to notice visible openings in my porch and he manually added corking insulation to give my porch more protection. When I questioned them about alternative ways to secure the porch he gave a “great” recommendation that is going to be completed due to his “expert” suggestion. This is a GREAT company to work with and they were very familiar with the “Flat Top” insulation job that I needed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this crew for an “insulation” job."

"The project went as planned except for it rained 3 of the 4 days of the project, which delayed the installation of the attic ventilation fan and bathroom vents in the roof because the roof was wet and dangerous to climb on.  I was very impressed with Brian, the owner, and his crew lead Wes.  They were very professional, kind and attentive.  The only negative I have for their work was that they left most of my windows unlocked and left one window in the basement completely open.  This was a very minor infraction. I would hire these guys again without a doubt. All in all, they came in and got the job done.  I am very happy with the work, the price and the company overall.  I can tell a big difference in the upstairs of my house, it is a lot cooler on these very hot summer days. Hoping to see savings on my utility bill too. I give them an overall rating of an A.  "

"Expensive but necessary and worth it. Everything was professional from beginning to end. The inspection performed by Mark confirmed my suspicion that the attic needed to be decontaminated and rodent-proofed. Walking around my attic was tricky because the existing cellulose insulation was too thick and made it difficult to see where to step. Among four other companies that I hired for a free inspection, Mark was the only one who was able to walk around and inspect the attic by carefully sweeping aside the existing insulation. He informed me the pros and cons. The major con was that the existing insulation (which was recently installed by another company, Coastal Insulation) needed to be replaced. I also learned that there were no baffles installed even though this was part of the contract I had with the other company. I had no idea. In order to alleviate the expenses, Mark called the office and was able to get me a considerable discount and waived some fees. On top of that, he was able to accommodate an appointment for me within a week of the inspection. On the day of the job, the workers came on time (it was raining that day). They all wore biohazard suits and booties and carefully covered the floor, stairs and furniture with plastic. The lead worker, Francisco, constantly informed me of concerns, showed me pictures and answered my questions. They finished the job within 5 hours. Francisco vacuumed my stairs and the crew was sweeping my front yard at the end of the day. Mark also returned to ensure everything was done correctly. I had to request a follow-up appointment two weeks later to make sure that the baffles are in place after one night when it was extremely windy. Mark was unavailable but Joseph arrived and was just as professional. He assured me that the baffles are indeed intact and he inspected the rest of the attic to make sure nothing was disturbed. I went ahead and bought the service they recommended during the audit which was increasing the insulation in my attic. I was more than happy with the service. They forgot something during the installation of the insulation but the manager was prompt in rectifying the situation."

"It's really too bad the ratings only go to A. I'd like to use A+++++. We have a cat who is afraid of everybody. We have been fortunate to have Laura take care of our cat for several years. She is a wonderful person. Even though our furry baby only sees Laura once or twice a year, he (and we) love her. He is a little shy to come out the first day, but after that he comes right to Laura. He purrs from the time she gets here 'til the time she leaves. She leaves a daily log on what was done and how our cat is. She even texts me pictures and videos! She also fed the birds and squirrels, AND watered our outdoor plants! We were so appreciative. I'm sure the other pet sitters are great, too, but we adore Laura."
