"Our heat pump failed. The company that I have been using for AC servicing was not able to repair my heat pump in a timely manor, claiming they were waiting for a part. After enduring several weeks of hot weather in desperation I called Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning. Their bid was much lower and the repair was completed just in time before several !00 degree days were approaching. I wish to thank Clint for doing an excellent job of answering my questions and Sergio most of all for braving the heat of the day and working very hard to get the heat pump going. My wife and I are 75 and enduring heat is not as easy as when we were younger. Both Clint and Sergio are heroes for bringing much needed comfort to me and my wire. Thank you so much."

Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! They got it All done in one long day! Impressive! I recommend HVAC Ministries they are excellent, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. "Spoke to a Jason?? who called right after I spoke to someone else. Jason was a bit rude and condescending on the phone. Basically I declined the service as I didn't want to pay for a service call just to get a price quote. I understand there are costs involved and a simple "Sorry we can't do it" would have sufficed, but instead he starts rambling about having to pay his guys $60/hour and blah blah blah. He made me feel bad for declining and he said Good Luck and hanged up the phone not giving me a chance to ask further questions nor even to say thank you for his time. Just utterly rude"

"made an appointment because the price quoted to me to diagnose my issue was $89 plus tax, if any repairs are made that would be additional. technician spent 15 min in attic to determine nothing was wrong and then spent remaining time speculating what it could be. After all was said and nothing done my bill came to $307. Technician indicated that it was an extended diagnostic visit. I was shocked and appalled! No tools were used, no repairs were done just the technician speculating on my dime. Contacted the main office and Eva said she would refund me $89 by check. It's gouging and dishonest. If I had known i was being charged by the hour, I guarantee he would have been out of my house 20 mins after he arrived. Im considering contacting the BBB and the attorney general if this is not resolved satisfactorily. I have no problem paying the diagnostics charge of $89 plus tax but not the extended portion."
