"The Decision Process: I met with Tom initially in November 2017. We talked on the phone on a Saturday morning, then he was out to see me that afternoon. I live up in Conifer and Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning is based North of Denver. Long drive for them on a Saturday only to do a free estimate and evaluation. I was certainly surprised he was willing to do it. Tom happened to be the first person I talked with, in my research into handling my water quality issues, which I had only just started that morning. He ended up spending two and a half hours with me that afternoon as I proceeded to bombard him with questions. By the time Tom left by house it was getting dark and I surely did not envy his drive home. Still he was more than happy to spend the time with me. Tom was very friendly, professional and definitely knowledgeable in his craft. Tom and I discussed several options that could work for me and I never felt at anytime like I was being pressured or up sold. I was very up front with Tom, to let him know I had just started my research and that it might be some time before I will make a decision on what I wanted to do. Of course he understood completely as I hoped he would. Tom however did make quite the first impression on me and I knew the others would have their work cut out for them. It did indeed take me about two and a half months to finally make the decision to go with Tom and Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning. Mostly due to the time of year and with scheduling things on my end. I did research several other companies and systems during that time, including a lot of online research into other systems available and what they offered. During that time, Tom and I had stayed in touch. He reached out to me a few times, only to check in and answer questions I might have. He was extremely patient with me every time we talked. The Install: Finally towards the end of January 2018 I called to schedule a time for Tom to come out and install the Hague Water Max system as well as the Hague RO. He was out the next week. The installation went flawless (at least as far as I can tell). Tom was again extremely professional and clean and was a pleasure to be around. Before Tom left for the day he made sure I understood everything in which I would need to know about my new system and of course made himself available to any questions in which I might have in the future. Then let me know he would call in a few weeks to follow up and schedule a time to come back out and test the system and water again to make sure all was running properly. The Follow up: Sure enough, about mid-way through February 2018, Tom was back out at my house and this time Michelle (owner and CEO of Rocky Mountain Water Conditioning, as well as Tom's wife) came with. It was certainly a pleasure to meet Michelle, she was as wonderful and as much a pleasure to talk with as Tom. They were at my house for about an hour while Tom was testing things. He made some adjustments"

"Lanney was very friendly and professional. He gave us a free estimate before relocating and installing our current whole house water filter. Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us. Getting scheduled was an easy process and received quotes quickly. Good experience, will continue to use his services. Thank you!"
