They are always on time and have great communication between the office staff and the guys on the road. We had a couple of little issues after this last install. It was 9pm on a Sunday night and Justin dropped everything and headed right over to get us fixed up....pretty impressive for Labor Day weekend as well! He did a complete checkup of our AC and furnace, replaced 2 clogged filters, and sold me a maintenance contract for 3 years of on-going bi-annual checkups for our system. He was very polite and professional. Johnny has been with Cypress Creek AC a long time. He was on the crew that installed our Lennox air conditioner, and we trust him to know his job and understand any issues with our system. On a previous visit, he pointed out a gap in our roof (after we had a new roof put on) where the flashing hadn't been put in place. That saved us a lot of $$$'s because it avoided water damage!"

"Todd is the best contractor I have ever worked with on a project. He was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He did all of the work himself and did an outstanding job. He first cleaned the dryer vent and took the time to show me the vent and even vacuumed underneath the dryer for me. The dryer performed so much better after he cleaned the vent. Next, he replaced the entire ductwork in the home and cleaned and reinstalled the vents. He was so professional I barely even knew he was in the home. He took the time to cover the furniture to lessen the dust. He vacuumed up debris or dust in the house. I have small dogs in the home and he was very careful of them when coming in and out of the home. I had a minor question about a vent and Tod came back out to my home to inspect the vent. There was not an issue, just a difference and he was not impatient with me. He is a 5-star recommendation from me!"

"I moved into our house in July of 2020, knowing that all three of our air conditioning systems were shot. I called three different HVAC companies to get a quote on replacing my systems. Two of the vendors spent a short period of time and shot me quotes without really addressing my concerns. They just wanted to rip and replace my equipment and not look for the underlying issues causing such poor performance. Carlâ s Quality Cooling was a radically different experience than the other two. Their dedicated HVAC engineer, Justin, identified that the original systems were installed with large overlaps across the physical layout of the house, which made it impossible to efficiently heat or cool. They also found that my home has foam insulation and should have a sealed attic with 98% efficient furnaces instead of the 80% units that require a vented attic to provide sufficient outside air for safe operation. Justin redesigned the entire HVAC system, including ductwork and zoning, which made an enormous difference in comfort throughout the house, and my electric bill dropped dramatically. "My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit.
