Marc had the estimate to me the same day I contacted them. Their estimate was much more affordable (pun intended!) than another quote I received. I was very pleased with their number and was ready to hire them. The team of Jason, Jason, and Daniel were courteous, friendly and professional. They called ahead and showed up as scheduled. They made quick work of the job. The job came out looking great. Insulation depth was a couple inches deeper than expected so was pleased about that as well. They ensured no insulation was in the overflow drain pans of water heater or AC since that could clog the overflow drains causing them to backup. They cleaned up all excess insulation that had fallen into the garage. Attention to detail was superb. I highly recommend Affordable Insulation."

"TakeAir Houston came to our home to clean our AC vents. After inspection they found we had a mold infestation in all out AC vents and AC unit. Avi gave us a number of photo's to review and told us what it would take to kill the mold and what would be needed to clean the full system once the mold was eliminated. Avi also showed us photo's and videos of our insulation which was contaminated and also missing in quite a few areas of our loft. He then told us what was need to clean out the old insulation, clean the loft and blow 13" of R38 insulation back in. When the guys turned up to do the work they were very respectable of our home and it's contents. They covered everything up and got on with their work. Once everything was completed they showed us the before and after photos and also gave us a video of the loft area showing us the new insulation. All in all they did a wonderful job, quickly, quietly and without any issues whatsoever. They whole team were great and a pleasure to have in our home. "Overall, the process went well.  Mike is the salesman who visited my home and provided the estimate.  Other than a late arrival, Mike was professional and explained the impact of the insulation on the comfort of the home but could have done a better job quantifying the energy savings.  During the buying decision, Mike was available for questions and followed up in a professional manner.  I chose Garland because they were the most competitive on price and met the same service expectations as the other provider.  The installation crew were prompt, but there was some confusion at the dispatch because I was not notified that the crew was in-route and had to adjust my schedule.  Once the crew arrived, the set up quickly and installed the installation.  They quick, efficient, and mindful of not making a mess.  They laid plastic down and cleaned up after themselves.  I'm looking forward to the added comfort of my home. <br />"
