He explained in detail what needed to be done and the approximate time it would take and the cost estimate. From my initial conversation with Charlie, until the project was complete, the level of interest, professionalism, and communication was outstanding. Charlie immediately understood my situation with addressing a collapsed ceiling in my elderly parent’s home, heard the anxiety in my voice as I was trying to address the concern long distance, and took the time to talk through all the details with me over the phone. He patiently answered all of my questions, discussed the type of materials that would be used and the process to complete the repairs, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with updates via email/text, phone calls, and pictures. "It went great. Chris M arrived on time to inspect our roof. A previous company was doing inspections in our community after a storm. The other company’s rep showed me pictures of “damage” and said we should get a new roof. Chris, from Integrity Roofing, did a free inspection and told us that our roof was in good condition. He said that there were some small issues that did not need to be repaired. Chris was friendly and professional. If I do need roof repairs in the future, I will call Integrity Roofing."
