Patti, was friendly, quick to respond to requests, overall great customer rep for the company...made selecting Pro Star as our provider very easy.  The tech, Robert was friendly, courteous, helpful, conscience and explained in detail what he was going to do before he did it when replacing the RO system.  They didn't as many companies will do try to upsell anything and as any good tech he also viewed our water softener was a very old one (over 17 years old, not even in market any longer) and simply offered a brochure of their systems, highlighting some of the advantages to include their service whenever we might need it.  There was no arm twisting or hard sells involved from either Patti or Robert. 

After review and further discussions, we decided to go with their system, Puronics and added the water softener to the contract.  As I always do, I asked for better pricing and since we were buying both a water softener and RO system...they were more than accommodating, giving us a better deal than I even expected.  A+ in my book.

"We determined that Air Care Today was the best company from the four estimates that we received for replacing our two air conditioners/heating systems. The cost of the two systems was very reasonable and their attentiveness to the customer experience was outstanding. Our experience started with the office staff that scheduled a home visit for a quote. We had several contacts with the staff and they were always very professional and helpful. The salesman that came to the house was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that would enhance the systems. "After being quoted a ridiculous price for a part from a much larger well-known repair company, I decided to try a small business to see if the service was better and fairer. So far so good, Marcus came out and diagnosed the problem and my heater is now back to working just fine. "I will not be using Tasco again for my air conditioning needs. I recently agreed to have them replace a faulty expansion valve in my relatively new system, which they had installed. The expansion valve was free (a warrantied product). They used 2 lbs. of freon. They also installed a $38 dollar dryer. The two technicians spent a total of 1 hour and 13 minutes to complete the work. The estimate to complete the work was $1200.00. You would think that this company would cut me a better deal for warranty work. Upon completion of the work, I requested an itemized bill. Later that day, the owner stated they do not give out itemized bills and that he charges a flat rate for his services. After arguing wth him for a short time he stated that because I agreed to his estimate there was nothing to argue about. If you charge a flat rate why would there be an estimate? When I started using Tasco, they had an A rating- it is now down to a B. Do yourself a favor and go with a better company that is cheaper. Make sure you get an itemized bill. You can look up the cost of every part online. I never minded paying a premium for good service, but this is ridiculous."

"The dryer went out on Sunday, and after researching it myself, I suspected it to be the thermal fuse.  The disassebly of the dryer just to get to the part was more than I wanted to tackle myself, so we relented and found the rebate offer for Next Service online. We were given recommendations from two others who had used them for repairs, and were given great feedback.  The service was requested later Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning I recieved notification from Next Service that their first availability was Tuesday afternoon, which worked for our schedule.  After numerous emails back and forth, the appointment was confirmed.  I had requested a call before the technician arrived to ensure someone would be home, and recieved that Tuesday afternoon, 20 minutes before Azael arrived.
Azael arrived to our home, was very receptive and informative after researching the issue.  He explained his findings in detail, even helped in confirming parts online and comparing pricing between what it would cost to order the part myself, or to have him do the installation for us.  Unfortunately, the control board is the most expensive component to replace on a dryer, but the price quote we were given to have it repaired that same afternoon was only $75.00 more than me ordering it, then doing it myself after the part arrived. We decided to go on the side of convenience, and requested he proceed with the repair.  Azael went to their warehouse, retrieved the parts needed, returned approximately 30 minutes later, and performed the repair shortly after.  He showed us the old control board he replaced, pointing out the burn marks made when it sparked, and went over the warranty for the service and part.
Since, we've used the dryer many times, and it works as expected.  Though it was much more expensive than I originally hoped, if I'm needing to pay someone to do the repairs I cannot do myself, then I would hope for the experience we received by Next Service.  It is definitely a company I would use again, if needed, and highly recommend it to others.

"We had a wonderful experience, as usual with Jon Wayne’s service. Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. Chris made an adjustment initially so we could still us our water heater until the new part was installed. We have been using Jon Wayne for 10 years and never been displeased with their service."

"When we came back from a trip, one of our two Carrier heat pumps was not cooling.  Justin diagnosed the problem and repaired it.  He gave us a discount because we are Angie's List members.  He noted that the same problem could arise in the other heat pump.  A few days later, the same heat pump was not working.  Justin came back and found a capacitor had gone out.  He charged us just for the capacitor and nothing for the labor.  Again, we received the Angie's List discount.  Two weeks later, we had a complete "tune-up" on both of our heating and cooling units.  Ernest applied the same preventative measures on our second heat pump as Justin had done on the first one, so there would be little or no chance of a leak in the refrigerant line.  There was no cost for the tune-up, as we had already paid for the annual inspection.
