Today I had my annual maintenance done. I was able to supply the air filter and humidifier pad to be used, to save on parts cost, but they will supply if I didn't already have them on hand. Both units were inspected and the humidifier pad replaced, air filter was replaced two months ago as troubleshooting for no cool issue. I was presented with the findings of the maintenance and inspection and all questions I had were answered. All costs were covered under my Smart Club membership."
