"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. He even gave a cash discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I would use CSM again and recommend them highly.

"I have been working with Alan for years and he has always been very reliable and in some cases, a life saver. It's important to have people you can count on when you have residential units with tenants moving in and out, and Alan is always there when I need him. In this last situation I have had abuse of the use of the laundry room so Alan secured it for me as well as changing 2 locks on a move out. In the past he has installed special security gate locks as well as changing all my locks on my move outs, which has to be done immediately.
