"The only model thermostat they offered was high priced ( $350 plus installation or $453 total), High tech, WiFi link to smartphone, programmable. I told him I wanted a simpler model and was told the only other option was more complicated and more expensive and that "this is how thermostats are now". I told him I was upset, but had no other options. I now know this was 'extortion' , since other simpler models are still available and would have been better suited to this senior citizen. A furnace cleaning the same month prompted a list of things I should buy despite the furnace passing it's tests.....be prepared for a sales pitch. They did come promptly and were polite. I will not hire them again."

The plumber looked at the corroded sections of pipe that I pointed out and stated that his opinion was that replacing those would not significantly increase water pressure in the house. They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. We will definitely use MN Plumbing for all our future needs!!!"

Ultimately it made the most sense to replace the system and they were able to come and quickly assess what was needed from an AC system for my home and were actually able to complete the install the following day - was expecting at least a week of lead-time on a new install but they had availability right away! A huge relief to my family and I. Pricing felt reasonable with incentives. Work was done quickly, workplace was clean, team communicated well throughout the project.
