"I can't be more pleased! I needed 2 sheds power washed, painted 2 colors to match my home, trimmed with lattice, and a hole cut for a "window" AC unit in one shed. They had every right to reschedule with us at the start of our project because my husband dropped the ball and didn't move his junk away from the sheds. They moved his junk and started the project. That's superior customer service as well as going above and beyond. They also completed my project in a very reasonable time frame. There's no question I'll hire K&S Services again they are for sure my new "go to" handyman."

"Hired Matthew to put some furniture together - after putting together two pieces he said he'd have to return the following week. While wrapping up he said the murphy bed had holes that were improperly drilled - explaining that was the reason for the bed not going together correctly. He wanted full payment but I felt like him returning would give me a chance to look into the problem and give him a chance to fix it. After he left I looked at the directions and found that he installed a bar backwards. But I didn't worry as he would be returning. He never showed on the return date so I reached out a few times and his excuse was that his truck broke down. I told him to just refund some of the money as he couldn't tell me when he could return to fix the murphy bed. He said the middle bar being installed backwards was only worth $50 to refund. I explained it was going to cost a lot more to hire someone else to fix his install. You can see photos of the install that he took full payment for."

"Julio did a great job and we really like how our shower conversion turned out. He did quality work throughout the project from the beginning to end. Installed a custom shower pan where our tub once was added new board and did all tile work as well as installing grab bars and a bench. He kept us informed with updates on the project as he went. Julio particularly has a passion for getting all the details right. We would definitely use him again."

Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job. "I was so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that JNL Solutions provided, I decided to write this review. What started out as a request to power wash my driveway, turned into a project to power wash the entire house. It came out beautifully and my neighbors have noticed it. JNL Solutions were on time and came fully prepared. Their truck is outfitted with an impressive array of hoses, brushes, wands, extensions and tanks.
