"I called R.Wiley, Heating and Air, and Leonard came out right away. Rather than immediately telling me that I needed to replace the system because it was so old, he searched first what the problem could be. He replaced a part, but it turned out that this was not going to work very well because my furnace was just too old. It helped a bit but it was only a temporary fix to keep the furnace going for a while longer. We then decided that I would have to replace the system. He did NOT charge me for the part or for the service call! The price he quoted for a new system, was very reasonable, and on top of that, he gave me a discount because I am a service contract client. Then, two days later, because of the very cold weather, my system decided to quit altogether on Saturday morning. I left a message on Leonards phone asking if they could come out the next Monday to install the new furnace instead of the Tuesday we had agreed on. He called me back a few hours later and told me that they had made some arrangements with the supplier of the furnace and that they would COME OUT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A SUNDAY!!!! They installed the system on Sunday and in the evening my house was comfortably warm again! This is amazing service that you don't see very often! It made me bless the day I signed the service contract with R. Wiley Heating and Air a few years ago! I Can really recommend this company for its courteous, friendly, and professional service!"

They were the only company I called that could come out immediately to look at the problem. Overall, I felt very comfortable with their HVAC knowledge. After about 45 minutes Charlie came down from the attic and described what he thought was the problem. He provided me with a ballpark quote for parts and labor. He needed to drive back to an HVAC parts distributer for a gas valve and circuit board. He and crew left for an hour and half and arrived back with the new parts. An hour later, my heating was back to working. I am typically skeptical of small business owners on providing quotes but Charlie came across as a competent technician with years of experience. I did not feel I was overcharged or misled. I will do business with Charlie and his crew again. My advice is be understanding of him and his crew's language barrier.
