"They were friendly, honest (so many other contractors outright lie to you), accurate with their bid, prompt with keeping the installation appointment and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Service rep followed up with an inspection after the job was complete. Only 2 things I could say were slightly annoying were the screws left on the garage floor (but I was expecting some anyway from a previous contractor's work) and the fact that the sales rep did not deliver the rebate forms until it was almost too late to claim the rebate."

"It was really good. I mean, they have a good product. The only thing is its really hard to get hold of the owner. GreenStreet- Home Energy Efficiency installed the A/C during the summer and they forgot to activate the heater part. So when it got cold, we couldn't get hold of them. A part of it was great. Another part of it, not being able to get hold of them, an F. They offered us lots of options. Instead of just one size fits all, he did offer high and low, good warranty, bad warranty. There were a lot of considerations on what was the best fit. Well, until they stopped calling us back, the interactions were great. I mean, everything was great. Once the sale was made, after that, it was hard to get hold of them. The work they did turned out good in the end. Yeah, I would consider using their services again in the future. "

"technician came out within the time stated. no freon was offered although it was part of the package to which i paid. i was told that the aged unit needed to be replaced. as well, i was informed that the freon was very expensive for the unit and the levels were far too low to make a difference. he left work needed invoice and stated a representative would be contacting me in the next few days with an estimate for a new system. several weeks passed with no follow-up from the company. when i reached out for the estimate that should have been prepared, i was told there was not enough data to make a determination. a new home visit would be required. the owner worked me into his Saturday schedule. the estimate was very high, even for a Trane system. i do appreciate that he called back after our visit to verify if i wanted to move forward. based on his attention, i felt much better about the previous interaction with the company. nevertheless, this is my review."

"The service was spectacular. Not only where they available the same day but were able to identify the root cause of the issue and present multiple options to fix the problem. To add to the amazing service it was all during a crazy Houston freeze that resulted in power outages and shut the whole city down. They were able to fix our furnace within 24 hours so that we could bring our newborn baby home from the hospital to a warm and safe place. We are so pleased with the service and will recommend to our friends."

"I interviewed 4 solar companies and NRG stand out the most because of the pricing. Kaelen came over and went through the numbers and everything made sense. I like the inverters and panels that NRG offered. Tiffany was great coordinating the project and handling the H.O.A. To get it approved by HOA took 3 days and after installation the city inspection took 1 day. Installers took 2 days to install 32 panels on a two story home. NRG seems like they really care because they sent out Robert after everything is completed to make sure I am completely satisfied with my solar. Love using the solar edge app and monitoring my production. Very useful tool if you want to manage your electricity. I am so pleased with NRG I am going to refer my neighbor who also wants solar. "I contacted Greenstreet with an unusual request - installing airtight insulated covers over the recessed light fixtures in my attic. (I was experiencing dust infiltration in my house from the openings in the light fixtures.) Andrew arrived at the appointed time and was eager to start the job. He worked diligently and was very thorough in spite of the heat and tight attic space. to be able to do what I wanted.  It looks great now also found a leak at bath sink that builder had also done. Loved the looks of the tile on floor and shower.  They also did granite counters in all the areas 0f house.   Painted bath and installed new toilet.  Great job"
