"On time, professional, and super friendly! He was very thorough in checking for additional leaks and took a look at another small project and recommended that I save my money because it wasn't worth paying him to do it when it was such a simple DIY. As a single mom, it's great to find someone who's not trying to take advantage of me, doesn't talk to me like I'm an idiot, does what they say they will do when they say they will do it, and give me straightforward pricing. Absolutely will be my plumbing company from now on."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"You won't find better service!"

"Had to have service on a holiday from a major leak on washer valves! Customer service was wonderful and felt bad I would not be able to wait 2 days for service as we had water all over! Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. This cost a lot of money where I felt the tech was in a bad mood the entire time at our house even making a comment we needed to shut one of our dogs up! Probably would not use the plumbing part of Williams Comfort air in the future!"

"Kevin Whitsel is a tenured professional and did an amazing job on replacing a furnace and air conditioner. I highly recommend Kevin for any of your heating and air needs."

"I had company visiting who were sweltering in a very warm upstairs bedroom. The 24-7 company came out the same day I called, suggested an attic fan that would not entail cutting a hole in my new roof, and installed the fan that afternoon. The tech was looking forward to going to the hospital after this service call to see his baby son, but he took the time to finish the work and make sure I was satisfied before he left. I was very impressed by the quick response from 24-7 Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. The attic fan they installed has solved the problem of the overly warm upstairs bedrooms."
