They replaced the rotten hardboard with PVC and even planed it to the correct width. In addition, free of charge they fixed a door that wouldn't latch (moved the striker plate).

"When my electric garage door would not open I found A1 Garage Door on Angie's List. I called them at 5:45 p.m. and spoke to Mitch, telling him I had a car inside the garage and needed to get it out. To my great suprise he said he would come out within a couple of hours. He showed up one hour later and saw that my problem was a broken spring. He did not have the right size spring with him but helped me manually raise the door so we could get the car out. He came back the next day at 6:00 p.m., which was great for me since I didn't have to take time off from work, and replaced thedoor springs. Great customer service and good work at a fair price.

"I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM TO HAVE FOUND ALBERT.  My cleaner damaged the wall during Thanksgiving week!  My client was having guests over and needed the damage repaired before Thanksgiving day.  I called Albert on Monday and he reassured me that he could have a crew out there 8:30 AM on Wednesday (the 21st).  He called me at 7:30 AM on Wednesday to let me know he was on his way.  By the time I met him at my client's home at 8:30 AM not only was he there but his crew was already well underway preparing the materials outside.   Both Albert and his crew were extremely courteous and reassuring.  Remember this was not my home but MY CLIENT's home.  If anything went wrong, I could lose a lot of business. 
Sure enough withing 45 minutes, Albert was done.  I called my client and she said she was amazed at the speed at which they finished and at the quality of work.  She said that the job was so well done that you could not even find where the repair was done!  
I am sincerely thankful that Albert was there to help.  He saved me from what could have been a very embarrassing situation.  Not only did he amaze me but he amazed my client!

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."
