"BTR went to great pains to confirm the leak was with the roof, not the window.  Upon completion of the repair, the BTR rep was confident he had solved the problem -- and he was right!  (I discovered the leak a year before, which my initial roofer was not able to discern.)  Had I replaced the window (which would have meant replacing all three windows due to a manufacurer's design change), I might have paid $2500, which would have still left me with a leak.  Fixing the roof saved me both financial and mental anguish.  BTR is now my roofer of record.  Professional, courteous, pleasant to work with, and got the job done!"

I phone A1 Carolina Garage Door Service after another company was a now show for two days straight. Mitch answered and said he could be here between 12:00 and 2:00PM. Her arrived at 12:30 and repaired my garage door. He was both polite and professional. His work was outstanding. I will be using his company from this point on for any garage repairs needed.

"I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM TO HAVE FOUND ALBERT.  My cleaner damaged the wall during Thanksgiving week!  My client was having guests over and needed the damage repaired before Thanksgiving day.  I called Albert on Monday and he reassured me that he could have a crew out there 8:30 AM on Wednesday (the 21st).  He called me at 7:30 AM on Wednesday to let me know he was on his way.  By the time I met him at my client's home at 8:30 AM not only was he there but his crew was already well underway preparing the materials outside.   Both Albert and his crew were extremely courteous and reassuring.  Remember this was not my home but MY CLIENT's home.  If anything went wrong, I could lose a lot of business. 
Sure enough withing 45 minutes, Albert was done.  I called my client and she said she was amazed at the speed at which they finished and at the quality of work.  She said that the job was so well done that you could not even find where the repair was done!  
I am sincerely thankful that Albert was there to help.  He saved me from what could have been a very embarrassing situation.  Not only did he amaze me but he amazed my client!

"Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "The initial contact with the two ladies who gave me the estimate and scheduled the installation was the best part of the whole experience. They were very pleasant and professional. The installation had several hiccups and the guys who installed the granite were not as pleasant nor professional. I just didn't feel very comfortable with either guy, while they may have been very experienced, their lack of customer service and communication was a concern. I had to show them a few things that should've been obvious to them before they left and they were already packed up ready to go. The biggest disappointment was after they left and I realized there was a bunch of granite sawdust all over my car in the driveway. They should've asked me to move my car and warned me about the dust if I didn't move the car, but they didn't. It would've been a disaster if I wasn't forewarned by the plumber about the dust, he told me not to wipe it off because it would leave scratches. Fortunately it rained within an hour and it was washed off the car. After sharing my dissatisfaction with a manager, a team was sent out to address an issue we found after the installation was done."

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. Three other companies bid and were not even close... in promptness, plan, OR price. I highly recommend Jon and Danny Moore."
