"Clark Heating and Cooling was able to come to my house the same day that I called for a much lower service fee ($74) than other companies that I called. The Clark technician immediately knew what was wrong with my AC when he heard the unit and had the part replaced in under 20 minutes."

"This service visit was for plumbing. I had been extremely pleased with Kettle Moraine Heating for the replacement of my furnace, AC and the addition of a whole house humidifier, so it made sense to try out other services. I was very pleased with Mitchell’s prompt, courteous, diligent response to my plumbing repairs. I highly recommend!"

"When I called, because we were looking into a new furnace and air conditioner, Cardinal sent Rick out to check things out in our basement and outside. My husband wasn't here the first trip out so Rick came back to explain what our options were to both my husband and myself. He explained what qualified for tax credits and rebates and then any add ons for heating and cooling. He explained what a heat pump was and how it worked. Then he shared his experience with the product. It was so nice, he came over on a holiday weekend, never pressured us, or was impatient, just a down to earth guy who really wanted to give us the most information to make sure Cardinal would meet all of our needs. They definitely did. Two days later their installation crew arrived bright and early and were done by early afternoon. The house felt different immediately with the in home humidifier and April aire system installed. What a difference! Thank you Cardinal for that wonderful two fur deal!"

"Jacob from Southport came out for an on-site inspection of my furnace. He inspected the unit and ran a full set of tests for functionality. I received detailed answers to all my questions, and it was overall a great visit."

"Professional, efficient, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend Ben and Affordable Quality Heating and AC."

"$108 to come out and diagnose the problem whIch was just a crack drain pipe receiver:) so they come out to repair it for an additional $249.83. I’m a bit confused by the price and ask how much was the part? They won’t give me that amount, they tell me it’s charged per job. Call to find out how much the part actually cost from Lenix, cost $67. They were at our house less than 20 minutes I was charged $180 for for 20 min. of service:( Won’t use them again:( I was also promised a phone call back to discuss a possible credit and did not receive one...no surprise:("

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Would recommend JB Mechanical to anyone that needs service done to their heating system. They were able to stop by a day earlier than scheduled."

"Fall service on old furnace determined that a replacement was in order.  Consultant was great.
I didn't feel pressured to "overpay" gross dollars.
Did a temporary fix on the old unit until the new unit could be installed.  Gap was about 1-1/2 weeks.
Were on time, put protective mat on rug to prevent tracking mud & leaves onto carpet.
Worked non-stop, efficiently installing new furnace.
Had to fabricate new ducting for new furnace.
Left the area clean.
They were friendly and helpful in explaining the operation and features of the new unit."
