They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. "Prior to calling Bob, we had several guys come in to give us estimates. Bob's estimate was by far the best and the work he did was top quality. He and his guys moved my existing furnace to a new location int he basement and installed a new AC. They also moved the hot water heater. I am very pleased with his service. They were prefessional and respectful. Bob is a straight shooter. Absolutely no BS! I will be using him for ALL of my future HVAC needs. I HIGHLY recommend you call him and have him come give you an estimate if you need service, repair or replacement.

"Our central air conditioner stopped running, and I called Sharp-Long because they had originally installed the system and had periodically provided maintenance on it in the past. The owner, J.C. Crossley, went out of his way to send a service employee to look at the problem within an hour (it was at the end of the day).  The employee, who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, determined that the coolant had all leaked out, re-charged the system with recycled coolant for free and ran tests preliminary to determining whether we could claim a utility rebate when we replaced the system.  I was extremely grateful for the courtesy extended by Mr. Crossley and strongly considered his bid for replacement, but in the end we did select another bidder. I offered to pay Mr. Crossley for the service call, but he declined the offer.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

Throughout the process, they were in constant communication during the set up and moving process. On the day of the move they showed up on time. "I have recently moved into a home built in 1956 and I am working to make some upgrades and to correct some issues that were identified in the inspection report.  Jeremy with $49 Handyman was great to work with and really knew how to get things done.  Some of the repairs I needed turned out to be more complicated than I had expected but Jeremy was able to find solutions.  Among the things that he did included installing a new bathroom door, adapting another door for a more modern style lockset, installing a handrail, replacing a furnace register (the old one had been grouted into the floor), installing a dog door, adjusting dampers that were closed off (preventing air conditioning from reaching bedrooms), tightening a loose faucet, mounting a small cabinet in the bathroom and several other miscellaneous items.  Doug (the company owner) checked with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work.  I would definitely use this company again."
