"Alex did a great job getting the battered and disused old front doorway of our 1910 brick house back into working order. I have been renovating the house from a dilapidated state and there were multiple challenges with how the doors had been altered and damaged over time. In addition to installing new locks etc, Alex spent a lot of time to advise me on my work to repair the door frame and replace the security gate frame. He worked with me to reposition the hinge leg of the frame in the brick opening, and co-ordinated his work with mine in a really flexible way. He removed the old mortise lock from the inner wooden door and filled the large gap very precisely with a specially selected wood species before boring and fitting an elegant new lockset. He installed a long strike reinforcement on the frame, which he rabbeted to fit. He also found an exact replacement for the old-style security gate lock. He fitted new locks to the back and side entry doors and re-keyed all locks to the same key. The doorway looks great and the doors and locks all work beautifully - a real improvement in our daily life! I learned a lot from Alex in the process, and highly recommend him for his expertise, skill and job-specific focus."

They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. Highly recommend this company if you need replacement windows or doors."

"I have an old garage with 8x8 bifold doors. While in the midst of selling my house, wind ripped one of the doors off and smashed it. I was left with a mangled door frame with no header. In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. The garage looks great and they were kind enough to coordinate with another contractor that I was working with as well. I will absolutely use them again once I move to my new property."

"I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."

"The entire process went incredibly well. I reached out to 5 of the highest-rated (per Angie's List) Owens Corning's Preferred Platinum Contractors. Jason (Bradford Xteriors' Owner) was the first to call me back and arrange a visit for a quote. (There were several I didn't hear back from at all.) Bradford Xteriors Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Flex shingles (hail-proof). The crew was already trained on the new product. The crew showed up on time, answered any questions I had and did a great job minimizing any mess during the project and cleaning the yard afterwards. During installation, Jason stopped in to make sure everything was progressing well. Afterwards, a quality assurance member came to survey the work done. Additionally, they replaced my gutters as well. Jason took care of working things out with my insurance company, as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their quality, care and the results!"

"Correy was very easy to work with.  He visited our home, saw the site, took measurements and provided a prompt quote.  Based on price and good report we awarded the contract.  We discussed a few items and made some small changes to the original.  Their crew was courteous and  respectful.  They made every effort not to tear up my yard.  One thing that could have improved was the final raking and match to my existing yard / grass.  They could have do a bit more here.  Overall I am very satisfied.  I am writing this in April, install was done last fall and there has been no shifting due to winter.  Please do pay a lot of attention to the drawings they will provide.  They are very close to the finished product.
