"Technician came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The technician returned with the part not at the arranged time, but fixed the bad bearing. When we used the dryer the first time the vent was not hooked up properly so all the vented humidly remained in the house. I reached out to them to come finish the job and did not get a response to my email. In the end we had to pull the washer and dryer out of position to install the vent."

"Len and  his partner worked on two different days and  arrived a few hours late on the first day but had the wrong phone number to contact me.  They were however able to complete the work that I needed to done very satisfactorily.  The did not have a tall enough ladder to install the ceiling fan but did return a few days later having rented an appropriate ladder from Home Depot.  Hanging the fan was clearly a two man job and they did a great job.  Although they did not have the proper ladder initially they were willing to get the rental and return to complete the install.  The ladder was huge and they had to transport carefully on their truck.  I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to complete the task.  They were friendly, professional and very accommodating.  I originally purchases the 3 hrs of 2 handymen services for $275 and paid an additional $175 for the fan install which included the rental of the extra tall ladder from Home Depot.  The job did take them an additional hour plus and was not an easy task.   I will definitely hire them again and referred them to my sister.

"I had a leak and was unable to determine the source of the leak.  I requested someone come out and install a leak diverter while I investigated.  Express came out and assesses the situation and suggested it was most likely coming from the windows.  He took some pictures and called back with a price.  I though the price was high, but I was in a pinch, so I said OK.  He came back on the scheduled day, removed the old caulk, put down new caulk, an no more leak!  I have since spoken with some friends and have been informed the price was fair, I am frugal. Overall they did an excellant job and very responsive.
