* Every piece of hardware and door knob needed to be replaced. 
* Every Light fixture and ceiling fan needed to be replaced.
* Exterior Gray Paint needs touch up with matching color
* Planter Box needs to be re-concreted so stones wont fall out.
* Back Door and Lawn More closet door need to be replaced.
* Fresh coat of "Bonjour Beige" Interior paint throughout 1200 sq ft house with exception of one bedroom.
* Hall Bathroom need to be gutted of existing mirrors, sink, vanity, sheet-rock, light fixtures and faucets and replaced with new ones.
* Track down missing tiles for floor and replace them with new ones.
* Install new dishwasher that will be delivered. 
* Replace back splash behind stove.
* Replace kitchen counter-tops, sink and faucet."

"While scheduling was good, I wasn’t too happy with the work after the fact.  There’s still a problem  with ventilation on the french door, which is slightly warped.  I had more insulation that I could have provided to insulate the door better if I had known."
