"In short; Perfectly.
If your reading this its because you're like me; in the need for a professional top rated heating and cooling service of some kind. Let me try to make this easy for you. Look no further!! Just stop and go call Henderson Heating and Cooling, PERIOD!! I have yet to find a more competent and professional business than this one. They are BY FAR the most trust worthy and honest business I have had the pleasure of hiring to do my HVAC services. I am not familiar with all the technicians they employ, so I will speak of one in particular that I am familiar with, "Jack" is the person who has always serviced my system. He has also conducted an appraisal for me on replacing my original equipment. Jack is patient, and caring. He wants to provide you with the best service you deserve, and he does so with pride and commitment. As an employee of Henderson Heating and Cooling, Jack carries their reputation of quality work at a best price with loyalty and trust. I'm sure the other technicians are just as competent as Jack, so I would trust any of them.
As for the company, EVERY SINGLE TIME i have had to call their business, I was greeted with the most kind and understanding professional. They are willing to listen to my concerns and offer possible solutions for the purpose of trying to save me money. Again, they are looking out for my best interest and it shows. I have never met these follks, so I don't write this comment with a biased opinion. I write it because it NEEDS to be shared with everyone out there who's looking for HVAC service. Henderson will not try to sell you something you don't need. They don't try to place bandages on your problems. They FIX problems.
So, bottom line: If you want someone to FIX your HAVC problems and do it with complete professionalism and pride, just call them! It's that simple. I close by saying that because I'm a retired Army vet with over 22 years active duty service in special units, I have come to learn how to tell when someone is trying to rip me off. This company is NOT one of those company's.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Thank you West Heating and Cooling! We had a big problem on our hands - our 3 systems (heating, cooling and hot water) went out at the same time! The HVAC and water heating systems were all one unit and it was a true miracle that West Heating and Cooling could help us so quickly. We called about 5-8 other companies - but Brian (owner) came to the rescue. Brian has so many years of experience that he knew very quickly what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to get us our water and heat as quickly as possible! I will say that he is the best professional in-home expert we have ever had. Every person that we dealt with at this company was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much to this great team of people! I highly recommend them!"

FAQs for swamp cooler installation and replacement projects in Dixon, MO

Swamp coolers are quite energy-efficient, using only 15% to 35% of the electricity that traditional central air conditioning units consume. This can lead to significant savings on your energy bills. However, keep in mind that swamp coolers require water to operate and may not cool your home as effectively in extremely hot or humid conditions. When considering overall efficiency, it is essential to weigh both electricity and water usage, as well as the cooling needs specific to your local climate.

Evaporative coolers only work in dry climates because they cool by moistening the air. If the air is already moist, this will have little to no cooling effect. Central AC is a better choice if you live in a humid climate, such as the Midwest, eastern, or western coastal regions.

To install a swamp cooler on a roof, a local HVAC specialist will first find and cut a spot free of wiring and obstructions. They’ll then install metal bracing, legs, brackets, the ceiling duct register, ductwork, power, and thermostat wires. Once installed, they’ll seal all openings, attach duct connections, and install a thermostat. Before leaving, they’ll run cool water piping to the unit and inspect all the connections.

The cost to repair your swamp cooler ranges from $50 to $600, depending on the issue, whether new parts are needed, and the chosen repair service. Depending on the type of pad your system uses, you will need to change out the pads every one to three years for proper operation. When budgeting for the cost to repair a window unit, expect to pay around $230.

The U.S. Department of Energy states that swamp coolers can cool a single room by five to 15 degrees Fahrenheit. However, this largely depends on the size and installation method of the evaporative cooler. You can only achieve these results in a dry climate, such as the American South, as it’s easier to cool rooms in humid environments with central air.

Swamp cooler water usage varies depending on the size of the unit. Smaller evaporative units may use one gallon per hour, while much larger units could use up to 15 gallons of water per hour. Most homeowners can expect their unit to use between seven and 10 gallons of water per hour of usage.
