"I had an extremely frustrating experience with East Coast Comfort regarding a split AC/heat system. I first contacted them in July when the AC was not working properly. In October, after speaking with my HOA, I was told the unit was under warranty, which East Coast Comfort confirmed. Technicians came out, but the system only worked briefly before failing again. During the visit, one technician seemed unfamiliar with basic operation of the unit, and another stepped on my bed with dirty shoes, which I found unprofessional. In November, I was told there was a leak and a faulty sensor, but the issue was not fully resolved. Now, its a Christmas, and I am cold in my apartment, and East Coast wants more money for their visit, for something that they never fixed."

"We a had an issuer with One Hour where they installed our Geo Thomo unit and it took them like 3 weeks to figure out that a over heating relay was bad. In the mean time my electric bill was over $600 due to the fact that they ran the unit of backup electric. At this point I have not had any good experiences with any of the franchises. The tec's are very friendly and accommodating focus on selling other services but when it comes to problems they are not very well trained. I have tried the better business bureau, and started consultation with a lawyer, We will be going to the PA Consumer protection, Your assistance to the matter would be greatly appreciated. "

"I got a good read from Bill right from the start. Knowledgeable, personable and fairly priced. Billâ s team installed a 5 zone mini split system in my new home. The work was done in 3 days and the final product not only runs well but looks good too. With 5 zones I wasnâ t sure how the lines from the outside of the house would look, but Bill came up with a solid plan on where to run them so the outside doesnâ t look over-worked. "though I appreciate the emergency Saturday service call (cost 169.00), I thought the additional charge of 303.00 (450.00) for a diagnostic check and repair ( no parts necessary - just less than a hour of manpower) was a bit exorbitant. perhaps I failed to realize that heating/ac personnel are paid on the equivalent scale as neurosurgeons."

"Overestimated the time to complete an 9 hr job by scheduling a 16 hr window (2 guys x 8 hrs) and charged for 16 hrs regardless. I'd imagine they did the same for the materials, 60 feet of duct needed but they quoted 200. Got the job done, but probably twice the price of what it should have been."
