"My review for my service representative & the company MAXAIR LLC. Steve, was my representative for the service call and he arrived within the time slot that I was given. He was a very helpful & a nice guy. He got my humidifier working. As the digital panel had a light flashing to replacing the water panel on humidifier. He had the filter with him so he was able to replace the water filter panel. I set up a full service call on my furance. I was glad that I did that to get my furance ready for fall/ winter. He said showed me where to replace the furance filter. Then I decided to take advantage of the service plan that they offered. I was very pleased with my results through Maxx Air and Angi's List to help with my humidifier/ furance problem. Now I will be all set for my next visit."

"J Brown mechanical (Jay at J Brown mechanical) is: knowledgeable, passionate, considerate, along with kind/honest in his work. He does what is best for his customer, not what is best for his pocket book. We had a previous company charge us $100 for a call, to only tell us we needed to spend 6k on a new furnace--leaving us cold with a few weeks wait for his services.. My husband called Jay and he was able to fix the furnace for less than $300. The other company only wanted a big sale.. Jay fixed our furnace that day (it is still working), buying us time to save to replace our 20 yr plus furnace.. He will let you know the honest pros and cons of doing one thing or another--he is as I said extremely honest and knowledgeable. His prices are fair and he will try to do what he can to stay within your budget. Jay is the type of business person you want to do your job. He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"My house is an early 1900's home. Since moving in some years back we never have had the air ducts cleaned. We contacted Michigan Home Comfort in Lansing Mi and the process from start to finish was very easy. They sent in a three man crew to do the job, it was very extensive work. They were well dressed, nice and professional throughout. They spent about three hours here at my home and they showed me before and after pictures. The air quality in our home is much better now and less dusty to say the least. I would recommend them for sure to anyone."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
