"He was great!  I called him in the evening and he arrived early the next morning so we could get the car out of the garage.  He fixed the spring temporarily so we use the door until he received the replacement spring.  He arrived back the next day with the new spring, installed it, lubricated it and showed us how to lubricate in the future.  He also repaired part of the rubber that was dislodged at the bottom of the door.  He was exceptionally knowledgeable and nice to work with.  He even provided dog biscuits for my two dogs.  I will certainly use him in the future.

T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

The owner of the company, Demian, contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment to come to my home on 2/24/16 to take measurements and provide product information. I was very impressed by his honesty and product knowledge. In addition to the Big Deal, I ordered four additional Windows at a very reasonable price. On 3/21/16 Demian and his partner arrived with the new Windows, removed the old ones and expertly installed a total of 7 windows. it was a two-day project that went smoothly. The windows are beautiful and well made, the installation process was done professionally and with great care to detail. All debris was cleaned up and taken away.
