"Alex did a great job getting the battered and disused old front doorway of our 1910 brick house back into working order. I have been renovating the house from a dilapidated state and there were multiple challenges with how the doors had been altered and damaged over time. In addition to installing new locks etc, Alex spent a lot of time to advise me on my work to repair the door frame and replace the security gate frame. He worked with me to reposition the hinge leg of the frame in the brick opening, and co-ordinated his work with mine in a really flexible way. He removed the old mortise lock from the inner wooden door and filled the large gap very precisely with a specially selected wood species before boring and fitting an elegant new lockset. He installed a long strike reinforcement on the frame, which he rabbeted to fit. He also found an exact replacement for the old-style security gate lock. He fitted new locks to the back and side entry doors and re-keyed all locks to the same key. The doorway looks great and the doors and locks all work beautifully - a real improvement in our daily life! I learned a lot from Alex in the process, and highly recommend him for his expertise, skill and job-specific focus."

"They came on on March 6th came because my garage door wouldn't go up and down property. They cleaned stuff and replaced the rollers. I used them for a number of years and never had a problem with them. They came when they wanted and noticed a problem with alignment. They checked both doors and replaced the rollers on the big door. They also came out this past Monday. The cable broke on my big door and knocked the door off alignment. They came with in two hours of me calling them and took care of it. They didn't have to replace the track, just the cable. He told me that the cable had rusted and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. I felt very blessed because he knew exactly what he was doing."

"This entire team was a pleasure to work with on my window replacements. The windows are a very good quality, the two gentleman who installed them were so wonderful. They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. "John came the same day I called after another company I chose from home advisor did not respond to my request. He came after I got home from work, repaired my front door and did not want to charge me. I would highly recommend him & will probably call him again for other repairs."

"I reached out to Mike at the advice of a colleague of his. He was very responsive and ordered my original request for windows. He had his crew install my double window for my main bedroom. They came in did the work, and were fast. It corrected a major wind draft and made the inside/outside much better. After that I had them come in and replace my 3 panel sliding back door. This  took them a long time. First order was incorrect and they had to reorder the door. The came back with the correct one a few weeks later and installed it. I had quite a few issues and they had a tough install. I had a bow in the frame they had to over come. Than due to the way the original door was installed, the j-channel screws had pieced under the siding. We had several down pours and flooded my hardwood. I was quick to catch it, and it did no damage. It happened 3 times, each time they came out and tried to find it. The 3rd time is where they found the holes from the Screws the J-channel had. I wish we had caught it sooner, but the point was they kept coming back to make it right.  I still need some caulking work done on the top, but i just have not had time to address.
I finally reached back out to Mike again to get the last window I need. I gave him the go, and he has since ordered it. I would use them again in the future.

"We bought an Angie's list coupon in September (?) for brick paver service from Fletcher's Custom Design.  Installation of our backyard sidewalk started on 10/05/2011.  Sidewalk started at our deck and ended at our back gate.  He finished the sidewalk on 10/08/2011.  They were professional, on time, and cleaned up after before they left.  The sidewalk looks gorgeous.  Correy was a pleasure to work with and just a very nice guy.

He gave us an estimate on tearing out our old deck and paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios.  We liked his work so much we hired him to do that work.  But, that will be another Angie's List report.  Hire this company.  They are great."
