"My elderly mother is partially blind and disabled. On November 1, 2021 her washing machine broke leaking water in her home. In desperation she called rotor rooter. Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."

"I have called about ten company to give me quote. Some of them came to my house to inspect and give me their quote. Morse Plumbing LLC is the lowest. They did everything what I expect them to do. Before they filled up with water Luke(the owner of the company) he check all the bolts, nuts, couplings, and all brass fittings to make sure everythings are tight. Akso he uses spray bottle with water mixed with dish soap to check if natural gas is leaking. That tells me that this guys knows what they’re doing. Luke even help me to registered for my warranty. After the $50 I give them for tips still they are the lowest price…If you needs plumbing job, try Mores Plumbing LLC you will not get disappointed."

I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. Hunt’s HVAC Services failed to honor their commitment, communicate effectively, or show basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business."
