His estimate showed expertise and attention to detail, and he recommended a higher-end model than others. Supporting a local business was important to us. During installation, Mike detected a faint gas smell, traced it to a nail puncturing our gas line—a slow leak for ten years. He safely repaired it, thanks to his gas line certification. "It went very well. Took a bit longer than expected. Only because someone took his puller, but he pushed through and got it done. What was really nice is that even though a mix up occurred and the unit didn't get registered after it was installed as this was new construction with a custom builder. Dolan honored their 10 year contract."
